Brandy Harrison, LCSW
Mental Health Therapist and LCSC Supervisor
I believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship through fostering an open, supportive, and collaborative environment. This relationship creates a safe place for you to work through unresolved issues and unhealed emotional wounds that are keeping you from moving forward or causing you distress. I utilize therapeutic modalities that are rooted in CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution focused framework. I approach each relationship from a holistic view and strive to incorporate the whole person examining the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health of each individual for the best outcomes. I believe therapy is a process, a way to help you improve your understanding and acceptance of yourself and an avenue to assist you in moving forward on your journey.
Although change can be difficult it can be one of the most rewarding gifts to ourselves.
